Criminal coercive measures as an important criminal justice system throughout the entire criminal litigation activities, because of its direct relationship to the parties’personal rights, property rights, and many other constitutional rights, and to become the focus of growing concern. With the deepening of the reform of the criminal justice and international protection of human rights in the continuous development of China’s Criminal Law and Criminal Justice practical activities intended the whole rational transformation so as to realize modernization, can not be separated compulsory measures to further improve and evenstructure. Justice as a fundamental value of the law, the legal system to achieve the highest ideals and goals, focusing on the protection of human rights.Examine China’s system of criminal coercive measures from the perspective of the values of justice, to analyze its problems, and then explore its reform and improve, the main idea of this paper.From the structure, the article is divided into three parts. The first part of a criminal coercive measures and justice, a brief discussion of criminal coercive measures and fairness and justice values, which leads to a discussion of the relationship between the criminal coercive measures system and justice, and then discuss the function and necessity of criminal compulsory measures and other issues.The second part of the analysis, and then start on the status of criminal coercive measures as a whole and analyzed in detail five issues of criminal coercive measures exist.The third part in the overall legal system of criminal coercive measures build on and in reality judicial practice the five specific issues put forward constructive ideas and suggestions for improvement.
