Research On The Effective Cohesion Of The Township Administration And The Villager Autonomy In Chaoyang County

The township government, which is the most grass-roots level of the local authority in China, is the twig of the five level regime system. Meanwhile it is the correlating bridge between the masses and the department of government, and the guarantee of the unblocked politics. The township administration means the town government managing public affairs in the district according to the constitution. The villagers’ autonomous committee is a grassroots level organization of the mass self-government, where the villagers carry out self-management, self education and self service. The villager autonomy means the villagers manage their own affairs well according to the law and govern themselves well. It is playing a crucial role in the chain of development in national administration how to connect the township administration and the villager autonomy efficiently.The township administration and the villager autonomy combined efficiently in Chaoyang County will solve the contradiction and conflict between the the town government and the villagers self-government, will improve the working efficiency of the town government and the administrative villages, will raise the villagers’participation in politics, and will promote and realize the new socialist countryside in Chaoyang County, which are all of great significances in the future building of Chaoyang County.This essay focuses on the research of the effective cohesion between the township administration and the villager autonomy in Chaoyang County, where it is for the perspective of the grass root village government. Based on the status-quo at home and abroad, it mainly analyses the effective cohesion between the township administration and the villager autonomy and its significance in reality and in theory in Chaoyang County, and then shows some scheme demonstrations of promoting it, and gives some specific recommendations on it.
