Guizhou province is a multi-ethnic province。There are49ethnics in thisprovince, The number of minority ethnics is the second most in this country.Just lessthan Yunnan province。The population of minority accounts to37.9%of the totalpopulation. The minorities ethnics that have largest number is the miao, and then isbuyi, dong and tujia. For the province that has so many ethnics, the condition of theeducation for the minorities is an important research topic.In this paper, we mostly use the statistical methods of parametric varianceanalysis、nonparametric variance analysis、 multiple comparisons and so on。Take theaverage grade points of the students in guizhou national university as the basis. Wechoose fifteen minorities to research the differences of ability in learning, They arethe buyi, dong, hui, miao, tujia, zhuang, yi, gelao, yu, aquarium, yao, bai, tibetan,li,and mongolia.Firstly,outline the research background in the field of nationaleducation and the research status. Secondly, introduce some preliminary knowledgeand some concepts.Finally,take the average grade points of the students in Guizhounational university that graduated in2007,2008,2009as the period data to research thedifferences of ability in learning.we find that the learning ability of these minoritystudents in Guizhou national university is different by comparison.
