Matrix theory is an important branch of mathematics. It has a wide range of applications in modern science and technology, engineering, and computer. Special matrix is a very important part of matrix theory, many researchers over the years from a different perspective on the concept and nature of the special matrix research and extension to expand the range of applications and theoretical system of special matrix. In this paper, the equivalent nature of the special matrix, such as the equivalent conditions of the normal matrix, conjugate normal matrix equivalent conditions and non-negative normal matrix equivalent conditions, to supplement the certification of normal matrix equivalent conditions, use the equivalent conditions of normal matrix derived conjugate normal matrix equivalent conditions, and to give proof. Explore non-negative normal matrix equivalent conditions, Analysis of the normal matrix, conjugate normal matrices and non-negative normal matrix relationship. This paper is structured as follows:Chapter one describes the normal matrix, conjugate normal matrix and the non-negative normal matrix development and background, description the special matrix such as the nature of the importance of research, as well as on non-negative normal matrix proposed.Chapter two gives prior knowledge of the normal matrix; gain equal to the normal matrix defined conditions, and prove them.Chapter three derives conjugate normal matrix equivalent conditions, prove the conjugate normal matrix equivalent conditions by using normal matrix equivalent conditions, given the normal matrix and conjugate normal matrix relation theorem.Chapter four investigates non-negative normal matrix equivalent conditions and gives normal matrixes, conjugate normal matrix and non-negative normal matrix relationship.
