Cell electrophoresis is an important means of modern life science research. In recent years, capillary electrophoresis, which develops on the basis of the conventional cell electrophoresis, has been attracting wide attention in the scientific community. Taking into consideration the urgent need of the space life science experiments for the miniaturization and intelligence of space cell electrophoresis experimental equipments, on the basis of capillary electrophoresis, MCU control techniques and EMCCD imaging techniques, research on key technology of integrating various parts of capillary electrophoresis apparatus system has been conducted and knowledge on related technology of space capillary electrophoresis experimental tank has been accumulated. Experience can be drawn from the research and knowledge accumulation when conducting space life science experiments related to cell electrophoresis in the future. The main research topics are as follows:This thesis analyzes the principles of cell electrophoresis on the macro level and carries out specific analyses on the principles of cells producing electrophoretic characteristics and the distribution of the electric potential around cells on the micro level according to the biological characteristics of cells; this thesis expounds the causes, characteristics, application fields, detection techniques of cell electrophoresis in accordance with specific objectives. A set of cell electrophoresis module with automatic filling and electrophoresis functions is designed and made according to the characteristics of cell electrophoresis.A set of intelligent control system is designed according to the external environment requirements of cell culture. This system is capable of automatically collecting and controlling the temperature parameter of cell culture area and nutrient solution storage area. It is also able to input quantitative nutrient solution into cell culture area at regular time and implement the real-time monitoring and adjustment of experimental environment parameter by digital tube module and keyboard module, which are the peripheral units of a MCU.For electrophoresis microscope technology,From the perspective of photology, structure, electronics hardware and software and temperature control, this thesis aims to discuss, analyze and design the implementation of key components design and key technology of the EMMCCD-based cell microscopic imaging system in line with objective characteristics, EMCCD features and system framework structure.The successful trial production of capillary electrophoresis apparatus indicates the feasibility and rationality of the whole system solution and lays foundation for further study of space capillary electrophoresis apparatus in the future.we can also utilize this characteristic cell electrophoresis, nondestructive cells without mechanical extraction sampling.
