In the year of2011, Nobel Prize on physics was granted by Sol. Pell Matt, Brian Schmidtand Adam Riess who made the conclusion that our universe is accelerating through the obser-vation of Ia supernova and the analysis of the data. However, how to explain such a universe has become the most significant work in thecosmological framework. People proposed the theory of gravitational correction to revise Ein-stein’s gravitational field equation on the space and geometry. Meanwhile, people made a num-ber of dark energy models. These Models which provide energy to offset the gravitation canachieve expansion.Since J.D. Bekenstein put forward the black hole entropy from the classical theory of gen-eral relativity. Black hole thermodynamics has become the study object in this field. Therefore, many thermodynamic theories of gravity are also caused extensively discussion. This paper introduced the basic information of modern cosmology and the black hole ther-modynamics firstly. We discussed the various kinetic frameworks of the thermodynamic be-havior through selecting Horava-Lifshitz theory, which is different from Einstein’s theory. AndFriedmann equation is modified by the Horava-Lifshitz theory. At the same time, our aim is toderive the Friedmann equations by the first law of thermodynamics. In the apparent horizon andthe event horizon of the Horava-Lifshitz gravity, the expression of entropy and temperature aregiven to verify the validity of generalized second law of thermodynamics (GSL) in the theory. After the analysis the data, we found that in Horava-Lifshitz theory of apparent horizon thevalidity of GSL does not depend on the quantities of cosmology, but its validity need to discussconcretely within the event horizon.
