This experiment preliminary studied antibacterial spectrum and physical-chemicalproperties of bacteriocins produced by Lactic acid bacteria strains1.2696.Bacteriocinswas separated using a method named Yang,and its bacteriostatic spectrum was measuredusing Oxford cup method,with the preservation from waxy bacillus,bacilluscoli,pseudomonas aeruginosa,huge hayes bacteria and salmonella as indicatorbacteria.Then bacteriostatic activity of lactic acid piece aureus element was determinedunder different temperature,different pH,and the sensitivity of lactic acid piece aureuselement to protease with plant lactobacillus bacteria as indicator bacteria.The resultsshowed thatlactic acid piece aureus element performanced bacteriostatic effect not onlyon gram-positive bacteria of Waxy bacillus,but also differently degree on Gram negativebacteria of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,hayes bacteria and salmonella,especially wideantimicrobial spectrum.Lactic acid bacteria element has lower sensitivity to the pHvalue and temperature,and it can be decomposed by protease.
