Two kinds of the amphiphilic molecules of amino acid derivatives are synthesized in thispaper, and study their spreading in the air-water interface form Langmuir film, then transfer thema solid surface to assembly form by Langmuir-Blodget (LB) film. when the phase contain metalions, they which interact amphiphilic molecule with close head will change between amphiphilicmolecule, with surface pressure (π)-area (A) isothermal curve studying amphiphilic moleculesmonofilm amino acid derivatives in the air-water interface, and the interaction of metal ions;Study amino acid derivatives in water and ethanol (volume ratio1:1) mixture formation of the gelin the salicylic acid sustained release. Get some innovative achievements, it mainly includs:(1) DL-valine derivatives, L-phenylalanine derivatives are synthesized, with hydrogennuclear magnetic spectra and infrared spectroscopy studying characterization of its structure, andwith isothermal curve of amino acid derivatives. The amphiphilic molecules monomolecular filmin the air-water interface and the interactions of metal ions. After coating, XRD research LB filmassembly structure arrangement of the order; by polarized infrared spectroscopy parental molecularhead base metal ions and the interface between different ways of coordination and intramolecularand intermolecular hydrogen bond formation determine interfacial film surface behavior, tocompute the amphiphilic molecules in the gas/liquid interface of the orientation Angle.(2) The synthesis of N-16acyl-L-histidine, it is mixed with the volume ratio of1:1withethanol and water solvent dissolved gel salicylic acid to make hydrogel. The hydrogel is verystable, and is affected by pH, the temperature is more sensitive. By small Angle X-ray diffraction,we may safely draw the gel in the gels molecules assembled into a layered structure, to prevent theflow of the solvent on the macroscopic, and eventually formed a similar to the solid gel. Using itspH=7.41water gel as a carrier, using salicylic acid as drug landfill in immersion in simulatedbody fluid, studies its sustained release performance impact of salicylic acid, a preliminaryexploration of water gel the slow release mechanism of drug molecules. Results show that with theincrement of salicylic acid in the sample, and drug release curve flatten out, drug release cycle islonger, the final balance release quantity decreased.
