CMS (Core-structure Mesoporous Silica) is an ideal immobilization material. Ithas well-ordered pore structure with a great amount of silanols which can bemodified. The polymer material has numerous phenolic hydroxyl groups which canbe functionalized and holds uniformed structure. In this thesis, we choose CMS andpolymer as our immobilization materials to prepare catalysts. Then, they wereutilized in the reactions respectively. Thus, the paper will be divided into two parts:1) The preparation of CMS-NH2-OH heterogeneous catalyst and apply it inHenry reaction. We modified CMS with functional groups to prepare CMS-NH2-OHcatalyst, CMS-NH2-SH catalyst and Me-CMS-NH2(the silanols have been protected).We used these catalysts in the Henry reaction. The result showed thatCMS-NH2-OH (20%NH2) displayed high catalytic activity and selectivity, which cangive99%conversion and yield. Under the application of this catalyst, the reactiontemperature is low and the time is short. Meanwhile, the experiment certified thatthe acid and base groups in CMS-NH2-OH have made large effect on the Henryreaction. The CMS-NH2-OH (20%NH2) has better acid and base cooperative effectthan CMS-NH2-SH and Me-CMS-NH2.Moreover, we made a serious of characterizations for CMS-NH2-OH (20%NH2),such as Infrared,29Si MAS NMR,13C CP MAS NMR, element analysis, TG-DTG、BET、XRD、SEM and TEM.2) The preparation and application of the Cp*Rh-Ts-DPEN@Polymer. We usedresorcinol and formaldehyde to made polymer. Then, we modified material withTs-DPEN by the method of post-grafted. Afterwards, we utilized Cp*Rh to coordinatewith the DPEN@Polymer. At last, we got the Cp*Rh-Ts-DPEN@Polymer.We apply the catalyst in asymmetric transformation of aromatic ketone. Thecatalysts displayed excellent catalytic activity and enantioselectivity,99%conversionand90%enantioselectivity. Then, we made a serious of characterizations for Cp*Rh-Ts-DPEN@Polymer, such as Infrared, ICP, XPS, X-ray,13C CP MAS NMR, element analysis, TG-DTG、XRD、SEM and TEM.
