As the polllution of surface water is increasingly serious, it impact on the waterenvironment and human health, at the same time, some breeding goldfish and otheraquatic animals landscape also suffered varying degrees of surface water pollution,especially aquaculture farms lagging management and facilities, breedingwastewater directly discharge into the rivers and oceans, seriously pollute the nearbyrivers and sea surface water quality, so repair the fish water body is urgentlyneeded.Aiming polluted surface water,people have taken many methods to remedyit,the biofilm has high efficiency for remediation of surface water among them.Thebiofilm carrier is usually relative to its activity.FOMBR Is a kind of ceramic as thecarrier, restoration and landscape in the integration of new sewage treatmenttechnology.FOMBR can effectively repair the river water, it also can repair landscape waterbody keeping goldfish.When use FOMBR purification the water keeping goldfish,stock the water of the concentration of pollutants such as nitrogen increasedregulation first. Two methods be used in this study,one is simple aeration,the other isthe FOMBR,Then comparative analysis which method is better for improving waterquality. The results show that the simple aeration canreduce the concentration ofNH4+–N,but it cant effectively remove total nitrogen (TN), whereas use FOMBR caneffectively reduce the TN. Through the analysis of TN removal dynamics, TN removalrate increased with the increase of initial concentration increased, the performancefor the Monod model. Which had significant effect on the C/N ratio on TN removalrate, C/N ratio is increased from5to15, the corresponding TN removal rate constant(rS) and saturation (KS) respectively increased by32%and reduced by21%.Through experiment also found that when the fish farming water body volumeof1.2L, ammonia nitrogen concentration to25mg/L, the FOMBR can still achievevery good effect on removal of total nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogenremoval rate reached90%. When the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is increased, the effect is significantly reduced, total nitrogen removal rate reached only58%. At the same time, the ammonia nitrogen concentration of10mg/L, when thecarbon nitrogen ratio C/N for15:1is the best, the total nitrogen removal ratereached80%. On the basis of laboratory study, the application of a reactor in theactual landscape water bodies, for the practical engineering application provides theoperating data and parameters. In addition to the fountain type membranebioreactor and conventional gas lift reactor on the removal of ammonia nitrogen andtotal nitrogen effect has made a comparative study, proved that the reactor in theaspect of water body restoration, characterized by the good water quality.
