This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is the synthesis of Saframycin Ctetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids. The the separation, activities and synthesis of complextetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids was description, On this basis, Saframycin C wasselected as the target, and the way of its total synthesis was explored.3-methyl catechol,vanillin, and the R/S configuration serine were selected as the starting material andmulti-step reaction synthesis was to build the key intermediate of complex tetrahydroiso-quinoline alkaloids which have five fused ring nucleus, the structure was confirmed by1HNMR and13C NMR. With optimization condition and screening of the syntheticstrategy,the synthesis of key intermediate was completed in high yield.The second part is the aldehyde amine rubber vulcanization accelerator synthesistechnology. We have a research on small test process to synthetic of two important kindsof rubber vulcanization accelerator DHP and808. Compared with the original syntheticmethods, the new technology with high yield, mild conditions, easy operation, low-costindustrial production becomes possible. |
