In order to improve the synthetical performance of high strength and high conductivity copper alloy, The CuCrY and CuCrZrY alloys were manufactured by prepared by special alloy powder rapid solidification technology in this thesis.The microstructures and properties of as-cast and prepared by powder technology for CuCrY、CuCrZrY alloy were investigated. And then, the CuCrY/AgC and CuCrZrY/AgC composite materials were also prepared by plating method. The microstructures and wear resistances of this silver plating graphite composite materials were analysed.The research results showed that compared with the traditional casting organization, the CuCrY and CuCrZrY alloys made by powder metallurgy possess symmetrical structural composition, fine grain and non-segregation microstructure. The hardness, strength, abrasion resistance and electrical conductivity&thermal conductivity are improved. Addiing the rare earth element Y, it can generate to the dispersion strengthening effect and improve the wear performance of these alloys. The ablation characteristics of the CuCrZr and CuCrZrY materials are the typical anode arc ablation with lower material transformation.Using appropriate plating process conditions, the CuCrY/AgC and CuCrZrY/AgC composites were prepared. The composites microstructure observation showed that the interface layer of the copper matrix and silver graphite coating is serrated with obvious characteristics of mechanical joint. The appropriate surface roughness of substrate can promote the combination of interface. So the oxidation resistance and wear performance were further improved.
