This work is mainly divided into two parts:The first chapter described the synthesis of fluorine-containing bicyclicpyridine compounds.As the cross product of the two areas of heterocyclic chemistry and organic fluorine chemistry, fuorine-containing pyridine compounds have a good biological activity and application value. Exploring and researching the synthesis and biological activity of such compounds has become an important topic of concern for researchers. Today, both pyridine ring and a fluorine-containing structure are the important component parts in many pharmaceutical and pesticide compound structure such as Lansoprazole, Omeprazole, a-fluoro acetate cortisone,5-fluorouracil, Trifloxysulfuron, Fipronil double amide, etc. Researching has proved that introducing a fluorine atom in the pyridine compounds structure, which is not only to maintain the compound of the original activity and physiological stability, but also be able to change its physical, biological and chemical characteristics. Therefore, the fluorine-containing pyridine compounds as pyridine ring and a fluorine-containing structure of both organic combination of its synthesis has a very important significance for the future field of the medicine development and research.Regarded heterocyclic ketene aminals1as building blocks which reacted with ethyl4,4,4-trifluoro-3-oxobutanoate2or hexafluoropentane-2,4-dione3under zhe condition of acetic acid catalyzed and1,4-dioxane as the solven has reported, zhe synthesis is simple and efficient.and now we have got10fluorinated pyridine compounds4a to4e and5a to5e.Target materials were characterized by IR,1HNMR, HRMSand13CNMR spectra. and the compouds have not been reported at present.The second chapter established a method for determination of Pb, Cd, As, Cr and Hg in Oil of Eucalyptus by ICP-MS.With more and more extensive use of eucalyptus oil in medical, daily necessities and food industry, we have to take more concerns to the clean and safety conditions of eucalyptus oil. However, we have not seen any reports about the detection of toxic and harmful elements in the eucalyptus oil at home and abroad. Therefore, to establish a method for detection of heavy metal content in eucalyptus oil has a very important practical significance.In this paper, we determinated the harmful metals such as Pb,Cr,As,Cd,Hg in eucalyptus oil by inductively coupled plasma and mass spectrometer (ICP-MS).We have mainly researched the detection limit, accuracy, repeatability, stability, the element mass selection and interference experiments in the determination of harmful metals by ICP-MS.The five elements were detected simultaneously after the samples digested by microwave digestion. The detection limits of these elements were Pb:3.0μg/kg, Cd:0.4μg/kg, As:3.4μg/kg, Cr:2.6μg/kg, Hg:52.4μg/kg respectivly; linear correlation r≥0.9997; the relative standard deviation RSD<5%; and recoveries of samples were of the range80.6%-116.1%. This method had the advantages such as simple, fast, accurate and which can meet the demand for harmful metal element analysis in essential oil such as Eucalyptu.
