With the rapid development of science and technology, the requirements for industrial products has not only limited to the functionality, appearance and texture become the pursuit of a higher.Excellent physical and chemical properties, light weight, abundant, and has been widely used in aluminum in people’s lives, more and more people are paying attention.At the same time, parts of raw materials of high purity aluminum as a large number of applications in the high-tech products, along with the growing popularity of high-tech products, has become an important functional materials, subject to the attention of the aluminum industry at home and abroad.However,high purity aluminum industry in China is still the application of high energy-consuming, inefficient, backward three-tier method of high purity aluminum, in segregation law regardless of the level of equipment and research process far behind the foreign industry.This article describes the various preparation of high purity aluminum, analysis and comparison of the pros and cons of the three-point method and the segregation, the preparation of high purity aluminum. Increase in the design of high-purity graphite crucible size, so that the crystal pulling experiments certain guiding significance for industrial production; increase the tilt-like medium frequency induction coil to ensure the efficiency and aluminum melting furnace room temperature gradient.
