Solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) is directly convert chemical energy into electricity generating device, has the advantages of high efficiency, cleaning and other advantages, is praised as the green energy. At present, with the working temperature of SOFC decreased gradually, the metal material with low cost as the SFOC connector material can be make it possible. But in the SOFC operating temperature, metal material connector still can not avoid the occurrence of oxidation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance of metal materials connector.This paper systematically explore and study manganese cobalt oxide ethanol suspension characteristics, and the effect of the deposition voltage and deposition time on manganese cobalt oxide coating,or on the structure, composition and morphology of the (Mn,Co)3O4Coating of high temperature sintering formation.In the process of preparing manganese cobalt oxide suspension,we can use the Laser diffraction particle size analyzer to observe the factors that affect the suspension characteristics. The study results showed that:When the mass fraction of manganese cobalt oxide ethanol suspension is5%, Co/Mn atomic ratio is1:1, After ultrasonic treatment2h,A better performance of manganese cobalt oxide suspension can be prepared,The average particle diameter is0.89μm.At the process of the high voltage electrophoresis deposition of manganese cobalt oxide coating, the deposition voltage and deposition time is the most important factor.Good manganese cobalt oxide coating performance can be prepared when the deposition voltage is400V and deposition time is10S. We can see the features of manganese cobalt oxide coating from the SEM image, the coating thickness is about125.1μm, The coating is compact and smooth, porosity, bulk and rod-like structure, granular shape. Discovered by EDS image viewing of the manganese cobalt oxide coating, We can learn that increase the deposition voltage or reduce the deposition time, the atomic ratio of Co/Mn will become large, In this case, the average of the coating is good.Observe the XRD image viewing of the manganese cobalt oxide coating,we find the most phase is Mn3O4and Co3O4.After keep the temperature at800℃for2hours then chill-down,the Manganese cobalt oxide coating samples can turn of (Mn,Co)3O4Spinel coating with better properties.In the SEM image viewing we can see the surface of the coating is compact and smooth, almost no pores. In the XRD image viewing we can see, the phase of the coating is composed by MnCo2O4and a little MnFe2O4. In the EDS image viewing we can see,the coating containing Fe and O elements,This shows that Fe elements in the matrix diffusion to the coating and O elements to diffusion to the matrix.
