Copper and its alloys have good thermal conductivity,which is widely used in all walks of life,but surface of copper will generate copper oxide in damp environment, Bringing serious losses instrument and device, etc, Preparation of anticorrosive film on metal surface, especially the monolayer self-assembly membrane (SAMs) is a trend in the field of materials. As a new type of organic ultrathin membrane, it is to get the right structure of amphiphilic molecules in the absence of external forces by intermolecular interaction under the spontaneous formation of the ordered structure of thin film. For the metal copper surface corrosion protection, and meeting the requirements of strength, conductive, thermal conductivity and so on has important application value.Through access to a vast amount of literature, the research on self-assembly of metal is magnanime,there are many factors affecting the effect of self-assembly, Such as pH,the basal properties,environment etc and thiol self-assembled film is studied the most advanced, because the sulfur copper key binding force is strong,This paper mainly studies thiol self-assembled film on the surface of the copper corrosion performance, mainly through solubility to select six kinds of solvents(Ethanol, chloroform,toluene,isobutanol,cyclohexane,isooctane), Through electrochemical impedance spectrum, polarization curve, Fourier infrared spectrum and contact Angle method research twelve thiol self-assembly membrane under different solvent environment corrosion performance,lt is concluded that under the same conditions,the impedance of the chloroform is better than ethanol, toluene is better than isobutanol,cyclohexane is better than the opposite sex alkanes,thus conclusion is that the closer the solubility parameters, impedance the better the results.Self-assembly of effective solvent condition are optimized, the effect of toluene is best, ethanol as a non-toxic, widely applied, and the wide usability, so, Toluene, ethanol solvent to do further research, mainly related to concentration of assembly, assembly, assembly chain long influence on self-assembled film,This paper discusses the different time (5min,10min,20min,40min,60 min,80min),different concentrations (1.0mmol/L,2.0mmol/L,4.0mmol/L,6.0mmol/L,8.0mmol/L,10.0mmol/L) and different chain length (Decyl mercaptan, Twelve mercaptan, Fourteen mercaptan, sixteen mercaptan) to the corrosion inhibition effect on copper metal surface. The experimental results show that ethanol and toluene optimal assembly time is1hr, the optimal assembly concentration of Ethanol is8.0mmol/L, and the optimal assembly concentration of toluene concentration is6.0mmol/L, with long chain growth,the effect of self-assembly is getting better and better,In this paper, application of surfactants solubilization, Application of surfactant solubilization study different surfactants (TritonX-100, the imidazoline polyoxyethylene ether, TMN-6) of metal copper surface twelve mercaptan in aqueous medium corrosion performance, the Triton X-100has the best effect.
