On The Supervision Of The Executive Production Of Petroleum Enterprise Security

The ultimate aim that the Nation implements safety production supervision is to protect the country and the people the safety of life and property, promote the steady development of the national economy, and finally, maintain the stability and harmony of the whole society. However, with the rapid development of the globalization of the economy, the science and technology, and the industrialization, the issue of safety production hasn’t only been limited to one country or one area. It has become the common topic, and reflects the steady development of a country or the country’s good image. So, the current safety production administrative supervision has been unable to meet the new situation of accelerated development. However, in the process of safety production administrative supervision in the petroleum enterprise, administrative regulatory agencies face regulatory problems. How to make innovation in our country’s administrative supervision of safety production in petroleum enterprise is need of the era.Firstly, through literature analysis, carry on the limits to the related concept of administrative supervision of oil safety production, and clear the research object and research scope. On this basis, through the method of system dynamics, according to the two characteristics about safety production administration supervision in normal and abnormal, to propose the construction of administrative supervision network dynamic linkage structure about oil enterprises, and to explain the operation mode of network dynamic linkage organization. Secondly, according to the three stages of the division of administrative supervision, the administrative supervision needs different administrative supervision mechanism at different stages. Finally, according to the characteristics of the administrative supervision of safety production in petroleum enterprises, to study the five major support systems about the function of the mechanism of safety production administrative supervision, in petroleum enterprises.The mechanism of oil safety production administrative supervision is the core of this paper. Whether oil production safety supervision network linkage structure design, or petroleum enterprise safety in production administrative regulation five supporting system establishment, is centered on this core to research.
