Its Test Method For Precision Ball Screw To Maintain The Accuracy

Then, the route of the precision preserve research of the precision ball screw pair was formulated. Based on the published research achievements of contact mechanics and the movement characteristics, the contact deformation and movement rules between the ball and raceway of the precision ball screw pair preload by double nuts were further analyzed. Combined with the theory of adhesion wear, the precision loss mechanism was proposed and the precision loss model of the precision ball screw pair was built, which established the relationship between the working parameters as well as the structure parameters and the precision loss of the precision ball screw pair.Then, according to the established precision loss model of ball screw pair, the influence factors of precision preserve were analyzed. Aimming at these factors, the single factor simulations were implemented by using the MATLAB software, which illustrate the changing rules of the precision preserve. Based on the simulations, the preliminary precision preserve forecast method of the precision ball screw pair was proposed and its structure parameters were optimized by the optimization toolbox of MATLAB.Moreover, in order to improve the domestic detection technology of the precision ball screw pair, by combining the running-in test machine with the precision measurement device and friction torque measurement device, the test machine was designed, which can realize the analog loading of the ball screw and on-line precision index measurement.Meanwhile, the relevant test method of precision ball screw pair was proposed and the precision preserve evaluation method was given. The specified P2level precision ball screw pair was measured and its test data was processed to acquire the precision preserve time, which verify the precision loss model of the precision ball screw pair.
