Compared with epoxy resin, organic silicone has the obvious advantages of high transmittance, good thermal stability, small internal stress, low hygroscopicity, strong ultraviolet resistance and weather resistance, which makes it become the ideal choice of the LED packaging material.This article uses silicon hydrogen addition reaction to produce Light curing silicone prepolymer,with platinum complex as catalyst,4-methoxyphenol as polymerization inhibitor, methyl silicone oil containing hydrogen and six acrylic polyurethane (HY6001I) as raw materials and under the protection of nitrogen. Via optimize the conditions of reaction material ratio, catalyst and polymerization inhibitor content, the reaction time and temperature to obtain outstanding light curing silicone prepolymer. The experiment to enhance carbon-carbon double bond percent conversion stressfully by controlling process parameters of reaction material ratio, the reaction time and reaction temperature etc. and precisely control process parameters and process, and then to precisely control the reaction product. It’s shown that when the ratio of methyl silicone oil containing hydrogen and HY60011are2:1and3:1, the ratio of catalyst and inhibitor are2:5,3:5,3:6, optimum reaction time for4hours, optimum reaction temperature for90℃, can make a conversion rate about carbon-carbon double bond percent of Light curing silicone prepolymer, and the reaction can be easily controlled. When the conditions of methyl silicone oil containing hydrogen and HY60011are2:1and3:1, the carbon-carbon double bond percent conversion are between45%and60%, can the curable condition be met.UV curing silicone prepolymer that has the best comprehensive performance can be found through studying the curing conditions, testing curing rate, transmittance, refractive index, yellowing resistance, shrinking percentage, thermal stability etc. The study result:when the condition of methyl silicone oil containing hydrogen and HY6001I is2:1, can make the most excellent comprehensive performance prepolymer that carbon-carbon double bond percent is51.7%.which performance indexes are hardness for5B. adhesion for level2. light transmittance for84.5%. refractive index for1.460, thermal stable temperature for198.5℃...
