In this paper, eighteen complexs, containing1,3,5-triazine derivative, with structural discrepancy have been obtained from evaporation in ambient temperature and hydro(solvo)thermal synthesis. They have been charecaterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction and some of which have been characterized by TG, PXRD, optical and magnetic measurement.1. Nine transition metal complexs have been synthesized successfully by the assembly of Zn(Ⅱ), Cd(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) which are part of ds group and PTZDA(6-(pyridyl-2-yl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diamine), carboxylate with different structures, especially aromatic carboxylate. These compounds have various structures from zero dimensional to one dimensional chains which are linked by the bridging auxiliary ligands such as terephthalate, m-phthalate, and5-nitroisophthalate, etc. These chains are further connected to two dimensional or three dimensional supramolecular by molecular interaction (hydrogen bonding and π-π interaction) which have been analysized and investigated. The thermal stabilities and fluorescence properties of complexs1and5were measured.2. In part2. nine organic-inorganic coordination polymers containing Mn(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) were synthesized by introduce auxiliary ligand in different solvents and solvent ratio conditions. These complexs have been charecaterized and the thermal stabilities of complexs11and13was tested, and the magnetic studies of complexs11and13show the weak antiferromagnetic between M(Ⅱ)(M=Mn or Co).
