The work of this paper aim to preparation of a molecular sieve material with AEI construction type without phosphorus, used for the preparation of molecular sieve catalyst. First of all, we need synthesis and purify the template agent which used for the preparation of molecular sieve catalyst. Secondly synthesis molecular sieve with synthesized template agent and build up the mathematical model of heat transfer rate during the synthesis of molecular sieve.In the aspect of synthesis of template agent brominated N,N-diethyl-2,6-dimethyl-piperidine weng (DEDMP+Br-),2,6-dimethyl-piperidine as raw material, through alkylation and quaternary ammonium reaction. According to different alkylating the route of synthesis of template agent was divided into two, respectively diethyl sulfate+bromine ethane process and bromine ethane+bromine ethane process.First synthesis route was the two steps synthesis, mainly explore the separation and purification technology on the basis of original synthesis of laboratory conditions. After alkylation reaction, exclude the excess of diethyl sulfate through hydrolysis reaction, then distill alcohol and get intermediate by phase separation(N-ethyl-2,6-dimethyl piperidine); After the amination reaction of intermediate could get the final product by split phase and crystallization. The product highest yield was40%, the purity is96.2%.The second synthesis route is one step method, and was studied with synthetic and purification technology. In the second synthesis routine, ethyl bromide is both alkylating and quaternary reagent, purification process using the phase splitting method, then products could be got by split phase crystallization. Products of the highest yield was78.3%, the purity of the crystalline was97.8%.The molecular sieve was synthesised with synthetic DEDMP+Br-as template agent by hydrothermal synthesis method. With the original four ethyl silicate as silicon source; Al(NO3)3ยท9H2O as aluminum source; the synthetic molecular sieves also includes HF as RAW material could synthesis the crystal. Exploring the template agent, ratio of raw materials, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, these factors could affect the synthesis of molecular sieve. Derived the formula for the mathematical model of heat transfer in the process of synthesis, and verified it.
