Researches of the optical properties of metallic nanostructures, which have hope of effectively concentrating light into nanoscale volumes and make It possible that using electromagnetic waves as information carriers in optical signal-processing devices and integrated circuits, have rapid developed and become popular in decade. And result the extensive applications in many reseach fields, such as biomarker, medical imaging, surface enhance Raman spectroscopy and plasmonics,In this work, the optical properties of some particular metallic nanostructures were investigated by dark field spectroscope system. The main subjects in the paper as the followings:1) Combining dark field microscope with spectrograph, we can obtain the dark field image of single noble metal nanostructure. The performance of the spectroscope system was tested with Ag nanorods, and results showed the dark field spectroscope system is a efficacious instrument for us to study the nanophotonics.2) Through photocatalytic reduction process of Ag with silver nitrate and sodium citrate as reactant and reducer, we synthesized taper silver nanowire on the micro area. Owe to the asymmetric between both ends of the wires, it has large potential to constructive sub50nm photoelectric circuitry with achieving higher in-coupling efficiency of light. This kind of nanowires may also be useful in nanofocusing devices, near field scanning tip, or other applications in nanophotonics.3) The laser-induce welding of Ag nanostructures was attempted with white light pulse laser as exciting source. The result demonstrated that the surface plasmon resonance mode of the nanostructures could be regulated and controlled by putting up specially laser intensity. This work would be useful in nanoantenna controlling, composing of integrated photonics circuits or others research areas.
