Laminine is a kind of kelp in the hypotensive activity of non-protein amino acid, is the main component of natural antihypertensive drugs lower blood pressure, regulate blood lipids, hypoglycemic, anti-clotting, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, immune regulation, anti-tumor, anti-radiation, anti-oxidation, anti-fatigue, a variety of pharmacological effects such as hypoxia, and exhibits many novel features in biochemistry, medicine, catalysis, materials, and its research has attracted widespread attention.In this paper, the raw material L-lysine,dimethyl carbonate green reagent is a methylating agent, methanol-aqueous solvent system, to make the transition metal catalyst is Y-type zeolite, silica gel column chromatography as a main separation means, clean synthesis of laminin.
