Coal is one of the major sources of pollution haze weather produced. To ensure that the coal enterprise of soot emission standard is to reduce the occurrence of haze weather, the key to effectively improve the atmospheric pollution. With the rapid development of our economy and the continuous improvement of the related environmental protection laws and regulations, the further development of bag dust removal technology and the wide application of bag filter, the performance of filtering material as the core components of bag filter put forward higher requirements. It is important significance for the environmental protection industry of our country to develop high performance and low cost filter material. Superfine glass fiber is a refinement of ordinary glass fiber, monofilament nominal diameter of3.5μm, has a series of excellent properties of high temperature resistant filter have, is a kind of high performance high temperature resistant filter material.Based on the literature review, the factory practice and observation analysis, basic properties of superfine glass fiber is studied, especially its resistance to chemical corrosion. Superfine glass fiber, Nomex, YILUN fiber mixed according to certain proportion, made of superfine glass fiber composite material used acupuncture needling process, filter material made with a three-dimensional structure, the basic properties of the composite filter material and high temperature resistant performance is tested and analyzed.Superfine glass fiber surface smooth, uniform size, its strength is obviously higher than that of high temperature resistant synthetic fiber used, the same as the fracture strength of the basalt fiber bundle fineness of9microns. Superfine glass fiber has good chemical resistance and hydrolysis resistance, acid resistance better than alkali resistance, fiber treated with low concentration of acid and alkali solution surface morphology is changeless, so it can meet the performance requirements of the high temperature filter material.By testing the heat resistance of super fine glass fiber composite filter material, found that after treated with different temperature and time, the appearance of the three kinds of sample color will change from beige to focal yellow, feel is becoming harder, slightly carbide fiber, but there is no change in the structure of the filter material. Increased with the processing time and processing temperature, the mass loss of three sample will increase. Affected by the mass loss of processing temperature on the filter material, the higher the temperature, mass loss is relatively more. while the treatment time has little influence and with the increase of treatment time, the loss is more and more small. With the increasing temperature, three samples of longitudinal and cross breaking strength and elongation at break is on the decline, the higher processing temperature, the more reduced mechanics performance of the filter. Therefore, in the course of practical work, we should strictly control the dusty airflow in the dust removal chamber temperature fluctuations, in order to protect the filter bag, prolong the service life of filter bag. Compared with the treatment temperature, treatment time has little effect on the mechanical properties of the material. After the high temperature treatment in different temperature and time, the tensile strength of filter material remained above90%, show that the test filter can be used in the field of high temperature dust filter for a long time. Comprehensive comparison found that the surface density of850g/m2no.2sample has smaller amplitude in the indicators, outstanding performance. As the change of processing temperature and time, three sample air permeability in the test values fluctuate, and volatility is very small, show that high temperature treatment did not significantly affect the permeability of filter material, can be used in high temperature environment for a long time.
