The urban river is a very complicated system, many factors interact with each other, these researches on the transformation of nitrogen and phosphorus and change of black and odorous in sediment should deal with many factors such as water、 sediment、microbes、plants and other objects, especially in the the recycle wastewater urban river, the research is much more complicated because of the complex components in recycle wastewater. Therefore, knowing the water and sediment pollution, researching the influence of reclaimed water for the variation of the sediment nutrient and black smell, exploring and designing diversified ecological rehabilitation technology for the black smelly river have important meanings. The recycle wastewater urban river in Changzhou was selected as the objects of study, Based on the analysis, by sifting the main influence factors, we have researched the influence of reclaimed water for the variation of the sediment nutrient and black smell in the lab, and designed and researched diversified ecological rehabilitation technology in the black smelly river.The results were obtained as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of three kinds of river-ways in Changzhou, there was also significantly correlation between total-nitrogen、total-phosphorus、ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen/ammonia nitrogen in the urban river of recycle wastewater,they were the main main factor affecting for change of nitrogen and phosphorus. Furthermore, sediment organic matter, nitrogen and phosphorus and heavy metals pollution were serious,the river easily happened blackening and stink.(2)In the experiment about changing of sediment nitrogen and phosphorus and malodorous black, the results showed that IC, TOC, nitrate nitrogen, ammonia nitrogen, DO all had correlation with sulfide in water, then DO, nitrate, IC could reduce water sulfide to lower river blackening and stink;TOC, ammonia nitrogen could increase the river blackening and stink.(3)It showed that a linear negative correlationhad between the fixed ammonium and sulfide, was higher in sediment, the sulfide reduced faster in water. It was a certain link role in the process of the combination for soluble sulfides and iron manganese state. It will adsorption soluble sulfide and then formed a state iron manganese sulfide through the ionic reaction,enable to fix down the soluble sulfide,increased the fixed ammonium could promote to absorb the sulfide and reduce water blackening and stink. In addition, they were certain relationship between the fixed ammonium and inorganic carbon under linear fit. Increased the content of inorganic carbon, could promote the formation state of fixed ammonium in sediment.(4)For the water blackening and stink, we developed a new type of diversified ecological rehabilitation technology, added the new improved ecological floating island and aeration device of solar micro-power in the river, the effect of processing was improved clearly, ammonia-nitrogen reduction rate was97.3%, total phosphorus reduction rate was81.0%, and the COD reduction rate was77.4%; Dissolved oxygen has also improved, growth was30.6%.
