The high-speed and heavy-loads gear is often used in construction, metallurgy,aerospace and other fields. Such as helical gear, herringbone gear. The structure isplanetary arrangement. These gears often operate in very harsh conditions and the load ishigh. These factors can generate considerable heat and make the temperature of the toothsurface increase. This makes the probability of occurrence glued increase. In his paper, Ianalyze its reason and the lubricant film thickness in different operating conditions aswell as the instantaneous changes in the temperature of the tooth surface. We get theinfluence of different parameters on the results. On this basis, I establish the fuzzyoptimization mathematical model of a planetary gear train.The composition, establish the planetary helical gear mechanism model and derivethe minimum film thickness formula of helical gear. I draw out the oil film thicknessvariation with the meshing line curve using MATLAB software on the bases of EHLtheory and get a detailed analysis of oil film thickness when the parameters are different.This provide a theoretical basis for the gear scuffing.The composition, establish the mathematical model of the transient temperature ofthe surface of the helical gear. On this basis, I get the expression of instantaneous helicalgear tooth surface temperature using Block theory and map out the transient temperaturevariation of the helical gear using the software. On this basis, I analyze the impact ofvarious parameters on the transient temperature curve.The composition, solve the value of the load factor of the planetary helical gear andthe value of the optimal level of cut sets using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This laid the foundation for the establishment of fuzzy optimization of mathematicalmodel.The composition, establish the fuzzy optimization model of helical gear planetarygear train to get the largest film thickness and the smallest volume. I obtain the values ofvarious coefficients using the principle of fuzzy mathematics in the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the range of parameters. Genetic algorithm is usedto optimize the fuzzy optimization model of the bodies established. Based on theprogramming, I analyze the results of the optimization.
