As we all know, fossil energy in the world will be exhausted in the next fewhundred years. Countries all over the world are trying developing green, environmental and safe new energy. Solar power catch people’s special attention: Ifone hundred thousandth of the amount of annual solar radiation on the surface isturned into electricity, it will meet the worlds energy needs. Thus, as a main methodof solar power, photovoltaic power generation gains a rapid development in recentyears.Considering the main factors including the cost of equipment, dedicated energystorage device isn’t configured in traditional photovoltaic power generation system. However, in order to improve system security and the quality of power supply, weneed use storage devices. An energy storage device based on grid-connectedphotovoltaic power generation system, used lead-acid batteries as energy storagedevice is designed and implemented. To improve system efficiency, a main circuit ofthe battery charge and discharge is put forward and implemented. The topology canbe seen a forward-Buck and reverse-Boost bidirectional DC-DC circuit. To improve thestability of work and extend battery life, according to battery charge-discharge curve, system is controlled by a closed-loop method. System signal acquisition andprocessing circuit is designed and implemented. Based on DSP2808, the systemsoftware is raised and implemented. System experimental platform is builded andexperimental studies are made. Through detailed analyses of the experimentalresults, the results show that obtained experimental data coincide with the idealbattery charge-discharge characteristics curve basically, which achieve the design aimand verifies the effectiveness of system design and provides a basis for the furtherstudy.
