The most widely used technology is the PWM pulse width modulation in the existing power electronics technology, this modulation method accelerated the development of power electronics technology, power electronic devices become more efficient, lightweight and with a lot of problems. The first problem is all the devices exist opening losses, turn-off losses and conduction losses, especially with the continuous rise of the PWM pulse frequency, power loss will also be more. Followed as distributed inductance exist in the circuit, circuit will protected the power switching device by disconnect current when the overload or output short circuit, but this will direct damage to the power switching devices. In addition, the existing PWM technology can not be directly controlled high-power devices by digital mode.Currently people have recognized the deficiencies of the PWM technology and found some approaches to solving technical problems. In order to solve the problem of switching loss appear resonance soft switching circuit and the snubber circuit, these circuit reduces some switching losses, but the range of applications become very narrow, the control method becomes complicated and its lack of reliability, so that the development of the above ways do not get a lot of development.The project commissioned enterprise development projects, according to the objectives and requirements, at the same time three inadequacies of the PWM converter way become the technical bottleneck restricting the completion of the project. Based on the analysis on the basis of existing technology problems, this paper explore a new power converter circuit that the theoretical switching losses is zero, allows ordinary fuse overcurrent protection must not damage the main power device directly and can use a digital coding ways for controlling the power converter circuit. In this paper, the technical solution adopted constant energy pulse transmission mode and the way that discrete unit of energy pulse encoder to determine the energy value within the unit time from the power delivered to the load. The implementation method using the capacitance and inductance as the metering media for energy flow of the system and completed transfer and resonant synthesis of the total energy of the system by a controlled LC series, the implementation results show that the requirements to achieve the goals.First, this paper briefly discusses the status of the power electronics technology. At the same time, in order to solve the problems put forward the concept of constant energy pulse coded, and then analysis the work principle of constant energy pulse coded, proposed the constant energy pulses circuit mode of8421power encoding. Finally, combine with the basic principle of the power encoding circuit, detailed hardware circuit design, including the choice of the power devices SCR used in the circuit and control chip, and the design of the drive circuit and so on. Then design software basis of the hardware circuit. Finally, tests related data and test of the waveform in the circuit. Through the measured data and the measured waveform, we know the principle of constant energy pulse coded feasibility and correctness of the circuit design.
