Shipboard Special Vehicles Mooring Analysis

The wind and wave of the sea are so violent that when the ship-borne vehicle is moored on the deck of the ship, the vehicle is being in complicated environment. Under the severe weather condition the vehicle body must support big load factor along all directions. So it is very important whether the vehicle body and riggings have high carrying ability to keep the force. In this paper, the research is carried out on the analysis of mooring intensity for the ship-borne vehicle, so as to meet the demands of actual project.Firstly, by analyzing several methods of mooring for the ship-borne vehicle, we get the expressions of the mooring loads in the case of the biggest rocking angle of the ship and every method of the mooring. Secondly, considering the special style and characteristic of mooring method of ship-borne vehicle, the model involving vehicle, riggings and deck are built up,and the vehicle body analysis is made by FEA theory in the case of the biggest rocking and toppling angle. Finally check the strength of the body and riggings, then according to the results propose the optimized method.
