Since11th march, nuclear leaking in japan, the nuclear development principle of "safe efficiency and active propulsion" has to be changed into "safe first and active propulsion". As a result, nuclear equipment design shall be the first step in nuclear power plant operation to ensure its safe and reliability.The design method for Conventional pressure vessel is established at the ideal model, the theory of which is first strength theory at the basis of elastic deformation. However, this calculation cannot reflect the distribution of stress of pressure element except the strength value of vessel and pressure element.After the load bearing on the structure, the purpose of stress analysis is to obtain maximum stress point or equivalent stress value according to structure stress distribution, and then make evaluation to control the stress within the allowance scope. Finite element analysis is an effective method to solve structure stress distribution.Through the analysis on structure stress of main pressure element on deoxygenator in nuclear power plant auxiliary water system and ANSYS stress analysis, the paper analysis the safety of deoxygenator and improve the accurancy and economy of stress calculation of equipment to assure the safe and reliability of equipment. |
