Road lighting system is an important indicator of modern city, Road lighting can improve city image and environment, but it consumes enormous energy inevitably on the same time. Energy conservation has become a urgent problems of development. Solar LED road lighting system can reduce energy consumption of road lighting, it is one of the future direction of development. Solar LED road lighting controller is the key of Solar LED road lighting system. therefore, the production of solar LED road lighting controller is very important. This paper is based on the project of company in YangZhou, which is called the production line of solar LED road lighting controller. The paper descripts mass production of solar LED road lighting controller, it studies the control system of automatic production line based on WinAC.Firstly, the paper descripts the production line of road lighting controller and proposes system design. The system design has three level, which is control layer, management layer, network layer. IPC and distributed I/O is used in control layer. Secondly, the essay studies some key problems of system such as capability of WinAC, communication of system, study of data processing. The problem of system communication includes IPC and distributed I/O, IPC and variable frequency conditioner. Finally, the essay descripts the design of hardware and software and shows the debug.The design is based on WinAC, coordinated with distributed I/O technology, PROFIBUS Fieldbus technology, WinCC monitoring technology and virtual instrument detection technology. The debug shows that production line of solar LED road lighting controller can run automatically. It increases output, improving product quality at the same time. It contributes to save energy and reduce emissions.
