With the rapid development of science technology,electronic equipment has been widely used in various industries,and brings ever-greater economic and social benefits. In aero radar, because of the bad condition, the electronic equipment works in the circumstance subjected to temperature,vibration and shock. This puts forward higher requirement of structure design. In order to improve the reliability of electronic equipment,thermal analysis and dynamic analysis is necessary.In this thesis thermal analysis and dynamic analysis are implemented based on the finite element method.Aftertime a method which associates erperiential method with finite element method is acquired in engineer aplication to increase efficiency and precision.
