Kaolin solid wastes is an industrial solid waste, it is composed of multiple water kaolin clay minerals, a small amount of oxides and salts material, such as coal gangue. At present, Coal gangue has become one of the industrial solid wastes in China’s largest. Yunnan province coal gangue annual emissions is5.0×106t~6.0×106t, occupy the first volume of solid waste in Yunnan Province.Kaolin coal gangue is not only a kind of solid waste, and it contains the chemical composition by SiO2, Al2O3. The research shows, coal gangue can be a good cement auxiliary cementitious material after activation. The efficiency of Microwave activated coal gangue is33.75times of traditional hot. Greatly enhances the reactivity of coal gangue, and no re-pollution.Therefore, become more excellent building products, the kaolin coal gangue by microwave irradiation activation,we need studied and analyzed deeply the microwave activation mechanism, in order to better activation and effective utilization of coal gangue as cement auxiliary cementitious material.The computer simulation technology is based on mathematics, computer and various physical facilities for equipment and tools, test simulation system using the system model of the actual or assumed, a comprehensive technology operation behavior, systematic analysis and study reveal the process and motion law of system dynamics. Because of its less efficient, safe, environmental conditions, the impact of various factors is convenient to adjust, and can effectively save the experimental time, save the experimental cost, so it has become an important tool for analysis, design, operation, evaluation.By analyzing the particularity of the activation of coal gangue in activating influence factors in the process of coal gangue by microwave, combined with the characteristics of the ANS YS thermal analysis, using ANSYS simulation study of the coal gangue powder in a microwave oven microwave irradiation12min, respectively15min,20min after its rising status model, solve coal gangue test images the temperature distribution of the microwave irradiation time blocks and blocks the center node temperature rise curve. Then according to the characteristics of SiO2, activity of Al2O3, analyzes its activation effect. Through experimental verification, record of coal gangue powder in a microwave oven microwave irradiation time for the temperature rise conditions, coal gangue powder and the use of microwave activation over a certain period of time, making coal gangue cement mortar test block, through the macroscopic method for testing its strength, in order to verify the simulation results of the reference. The simulation and experiment are revised guidelines, and established the simulation model of microwave activated coal gangue.The purpose of this paper is to simulate the effects of activating kaolin coal gangue powder in a microwave oven, want to be able to kaolin coal gangue activation provides certain theory reference mechanism, improve the microwave active kaolin coal gangue experimental pertinence, thereby saving test time, save research costs, improve on the use of study on the economic effect of activated coal gangue.
