Dongying City, The Level Of Urbanization And Ecological Environment Pressure And Built Area Of ​​research

Firstly,This paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system of Dongying City from four aspects:population,economy,life-style,culture and regional landscape based on the PCA method to estimate the comprehensive level of urbanization from1991to2010about twenty years. At the same time,established an ecological environmental pressure model and calculated and analysised the Dongying city’s ecological environmental pressure on the time from2001-2010about ten years. The results are as follows,①The level of urbanization in Dongying City hold slow improve state from1991to2001,in this phase, the level of urbanization scores keep0points or less, shows urbanization level during the20years of Dongying city keep under the average level, the Dongying city’s level of urbanization scores keep low level from2001to2004,so it’s score is negative and congtinue under the average level. During the2004-2010year, the Dongying city’s level of urbanization scores display growth quikly stage, After2004the Dongying city’s urbanization level is above the average level, and show gradually rapid growth trend.②The pressure of ecological environment in Dongying city belongs to medium pressure stage in2001-2002years,2003-2004years belongs to high pressure, in2005, reached a maximum value.but,from2005to2010,Dongying city’s ecological environment pressure already from the high pressure state, gradually fell to around65, close to medium pressure level.③In the2001-2004period, the level of Dongying City’s urbanization score keep below average, the ecological environment pressure keep increasing, in2005, the pressure reaches a maximum90ecological environment, indicating that a large energy consumption of resources, environmental pollution more serious;2005-2007Dongying ecological environmental pressure was decreasing, while the sustained increase in the level of urbanization trend, in2007the level of urbanization in Dongying City and ecological balance between environmental pressures;2007-2010, Dongying City continued to increase the level of urbanization, environmental pressure index remained unchanged, the relationship between the pressure of ecological environment maintaining coordinated development.④The correlation coefficient between the level of city and ecological environment pressure is calculated by using SPSS17analysis functions, the absolute value of the correlation coefficient is less than0.3, shows that the two factors had no significant correlation.Thirdly,this paper use a case study of Dongying city,adopted2001、2004、2007、2010TM remote sensing image of30meter distinguishability.Using the erdas and arcgis software to processing remote data.Extracted built up area’s boundary from2000year and obtain four years total city built up area of Dongying city. And analysis the area of the spatial variation The results show that:①Since2000,the city’s build up area keep increasing;②Except2004,Dongying city’s build up shape compactedness is good;③The west city expand direction is to north and east, The east city expand direction is to north and west, and at the same time the east city extend to eastern coastal areas nearly10years. In addition, analysis the construction area expansion reasons,it is concluded that policies,regulations to regional development strategy, urban planning and the traffic trunk line guidance role and so on.In addition, in order to understand the relation between the built-up area and the city’s urbanization level,the author makes an quantitative and qualitative analysis between the numerical level of city of Dongying city and the area, show that the urbanization level of Dongying city and the built-up area and had no significant correlation.Therefore, the expand of built-up area can not represent the city urbanization level has been improved, because the city urbanization level is the overall aspects of population,economy,life level, traffic, greening and so on, must carry on the multi-index comprehensive evaluation.In order to obtain the real level of Dongying city’s urbanization level in Shandong province, using the index system and the principal component analysis method to calculate other cities urbanization level, obtains the comprehensive scoring urbanization level of the cities, according to the urbanization level scores make maps and analysis the status of the level of Dongying City during the10years, the Dongying city’s urbanization level in Shandong province is in the middle level of all prefecture-level citys.The innovation of this paper lies in:①what content researched on,the research area in this study belongs to the medium city, and Dongying city’s location is very special, it is in the mouth area of the Yellow River delta.②this article uses principal components analysis method to study the relationship between urbanization level and the ecological environment pressure,eliminating the subjective choice problem of comprehensive evaluation index,and eliminate the interference of subjective judgment of experts evaluation.③this paper built area of the city were studied, the direct use of vector extraction method, improved the extraction accuracy.
