Embedded products appeared in large numbers, the consumer electronics market isconquerd, because of the low power consumption and high performance. at the sametime intelligent operating system application has been accepted, the embedded systemdevelopment has entered various fields, and is suitable for the military to high standards,high reliability requirements. With MCU technology as the core of the artilleryinformation processor is difficult to adapt to current operational requirements, and basedon the ARM embedded development and embedded operating system, with its maturetechnology, reliable performance, a unique advantage, can break through the bottleneckof MCU system design, and with rapid positioning, accurate measurement, convenient,rapid transfer command character.Based on the ARM processor as the core to set up the hardware platform andsoftware platform, the detailed information processor based on demand, to improve theoriginal design, with emphasis on system of flexible design principles, namely, the useof modular design, the software and hardware to functions, at the same time thesoftware and highlight the hierarchical design train of thought. Hardware designincludes NXP ARM7LPC2478chip as well as the corresponding GPS and GSMinterface circuit, HMI circuit, power supply circuit, Ethernet circuit and circuit,watchdog circuit. The hardware part such as a fuse, the protection circuit design of ESDprotection diode,the EMC requirement design of PCB. Software design includesuC/OS-II operating system transplant, the transplant network protocol stack LWIP,TC35module software, uCGUI system and GPS module software. The software partalso includes a variety of communication interface of the operating systemprogramming. In order to enhance the reliability of software, design the watchdog timer,the communication data to check such as CRC check and parity. Modularizedintegration makes the system expansibility enhanced, clear structure.
