| In order to response the quality requests of fierce market competition of transformer industry, this paper carries out a research into the quality control method. Firstly, the overall scheme of the management system is designed, and the quality control management system is constructed. Secondly, we study, design the control processes of quality management. Thirdly, through the analysis of user demand for the quality of the transformer, the tool named quality house is used to find out the key elements of quality control and the key working procedure, and formulate the quality control strategy of the key working procedure.Aiming at the characteristics of quality control points, this paper made the analysis of its guarantee measures from design, process, inspection and other links. The guarantee measures were applied and verified by instance. The study of the transformer quality control not only cleared quality control objectives but also perfected quality control methods, improved the efficiency of quality control.This paper systematically has studied the quality control system of oil-immersed transformers, established the appropriate method and control management process, which provided a strong reference value for the quality control of the industry. |
