With the drastic changes of moderm war, the requirement of combat aircraft is hi gher and higher, the demand for airborne electronic equipment is more and more strin gent. In order to adapt to the characteristics of the modern war, military helicopters ar e developing towards small lightweight direction. The volume, weight is small, mobile c ombat capability is strong, the helicopter borne electronic equipment must realize miniatur ization and lightweight, and can adapt to the requirements of the modern helicopter. The refore, must use light weight, superior performance of the new material(such as composit e materials, aluminum alloy and so on), advanced design means (CAD, CAE) can effective ly implement equipment short, small, light,thin, thus greatly improving the reliability of t he equipment.Carbon fiber is a new material to rise in the early sixty. Carbon fiber composite m aterials with high strength, high modulus, low density, corrosion resistance, and other hig h performance fiber compared with the highest specific strengt hand high modulus.It has been widely usedin aviation, aerospace, transportation,transportation, construction, style and electronic field.This research is based on a product, The airborne carbon fiber console for the appe arance design and structural design, optimized design of structure. According to the c haracteristic of airborne environment, simulation analysis of the overall stiffness and str ength of the console, combined with the mechanical test optimized on the console,In order to meet the requirement of mechanical properties and weight requirements. To sol ve this problem for airborne electronic equipment installation platform design is proposed t o solve the model, way and method of concrete made of composite materials, it provides a reference for similar equipment. At present, the console has been applied to the relate d products.
