To some extent, the result of modern war is largely determined by the weapons and equipment. People tend to play a control role in which is indirect and invisible. Therefore, the demands of stability and reliability to weapons are more and more strict, and redundant technique is an effective method to solve these performances. As the background of the research of AC servo system of the gun control system, a redundant control system was designed based on dual DSP is proposed, which mainly included the design of hardware redundant, control algorithm and software redundant.First, hardware redundant:The cost of hardware resources was low. In view of the core part of the gun control system, the main system and standby system were designed, which could switchi between them by MUX. When the main system is normal, output signal of the main system is connected to the load; otherwise, the standby system is switched to connect to the load.Second, in order to quarantee the consistency of these two systems and the input signal, the same control algorithm was proposed. The control parameters are based on stabke state in the classical PID control; once the external conditions change, these parameters are not applicable.Thus, a PID control method was put forword based on BP neural network.Third, Software redundancy mainly included three parts, data acquisition, fault detection and information. To improve the accuracy of the data acquisition module, the linear error of the AD acquisition channel was checked; and the corresponding filtering algorithm was added in the program. Fault detection module is composed of two parts, which are self-inspection and mutual-inspection. When the self-inspection is normal, the dual CPU fault detection method based on analytical redundancy was used to identify and locate the fault.Information sharing module including the synchronization and information exchange. To realize the receiving and sending of the synchronization information by CAN communication, and to realize the exchange of data and fault information by Dual port RAM.Four, redundancy switch module is composed of dual four bit binary counter74LS393, dual retriggerable monostable trigger74LS123and MAX14763.Finally, the fault simulation analysis shows that the redundant control system has a Good performance. When the main system is broken down, it can switch to standby system and get rid of the interference which due to the error by standby system.
