The purpose of this paper is to design a new Rocket launch device for measuring force. Combining one-dimensional sensor and Stewart parallel mechanism, this paper design a new identification platform which can identify the six dimensional force load. So that they can more fully accurate measure the weapons for the launch device load.First of all, according to the actual job requirements and testing environment, this paper placed the parallel mechanism in the experiment of the pit which can meet the needs of the test bench with a horizontal plane parallel work and designed the lifting device. Then carried on the mathematical modeling of parallel mechanism, identify the length and platform coordinate point position. With the choice of screw length and hook hinge Angle range, calculated the working space of the institutions.According to the principle of static equilibrium, obtained the relations of the platform force with the strut of generalized forces. After simplified the organization model, The strut is regarded as "two-force bar" and get the force Jacobi matrix. And according to the force Jacobi matrix inverse solution of the platform for the force, Get the force of the strut Under different conditions. By adopting the method of positive solution platform force, took a location of platform position parameters into the system which includes sensor Strain gauge and force analytical software to conclude the force of the platform.finally designed a method of loading force and torque, Determine the direction of the load. The sensors were calibrated with static inverse solution and made the estimates for the agency of positive solutions.
