| The paper mainly aims at studying the motion and the control system of the BAT submunition based on impulse correction device with the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The structure of BAT submunition was designed. The main functional modules of the control system and its function were analyzed. The whole guidance process of BAT submuniton and the realization of its control functions were introduced.(2) The air flying of BAT submunition was simulated. The force and moment coefficients under different mach number and attack anger as well as surface pressure were gained. The fitted mathematical relationship and the curves were gained using MATLAB, which provide a reference for trajectory analysis and optimization design of the structure.(3) The kinematic analysis of the BAT submunition based on flight dynamics of missile was done.6-DOF motion equations under no-control state as well as under-control state were established. The mathematical model provides a basis for the following trajectory simulation.(4) Related research on the control strategy of the impulse engine and trajectory simulation was done. First, the structure parameters and working principle of impulse engine were introduced, and the impulse selection algorithms were gained by analyzing the working method and the selection principle. Secondly, the factors that influence impulse engine work results were classified and analyzed. And by simulation, the curves that reflect the relationship between the impulse correction effect and its effect factors were gained. And also, the curves provide a reference for the choice of the parameters. Finally, the stability of the projectile before and after correction were analyzed and the the impact points were gained by Monte Carlo simulation experiments. By comparing and analyzing the impact points under different conditions, the necessity of the impulse correction is proved.(5) The control circuits were designed. In this paper, the entire control system is devided into three modules for studying:the acoustic recognition module, the main control module and the ignition drive module. The ignition drive module was mainly designed. It includes the drive circuit and the voltage conversion circuit. By considering the security reasons, the ignition drive circuit is improved and optimized. Finally, the selection basis of the ignition sequence and the entire working process of the BAT system were introduced. |
