In rocket flight tests, in order to obtain accurate post-flight trajectory data and analyze theperformance of the rocket, the author of this paper developed a set of ballistic information measuringdevice aiming at an onboard control system. The devices can not only real-time accurate measure and storeall dynamic data during the projectile flight, but also can be applied to all kinds of complex meteorologicalenvironment. It is an essential basic condition to rocket flight test and also an important safeguard to ensurethe successful completion of the flight test mission.This paper completed the design and manufacture of earth station after a brief introduction oftrajectory information measurement system. It main include the selection of wireless transmission module,acquisition board design, computer programming, and the analysis and processing of the received data, etc.The general method is choose a PC for data acquisition and display, but due to the high limit of the testenvironment and high power consumption, not portable, poor adaptability to the external environment ofPC inherent, so this paper uses a microcontroller Atmega1280based on the AVR for the kernel to build theentire earth station receiving system, which has low power consumption, high reliability, stronganti-interference ability. In addition to consider the rockets in the process of the flight test and the actualtrajectory affected by the environment is uncertainty, location of the measurement systems will affectmeasuring accuracy of trajectory information, the earth station system also increased cloud deck controlsystem which have the real-time tracking function, according to a channel data size, measuring systemazimuth is adjusted in real time, in order to more accurately measure the entire ballistic flight test of all thedata.Finally, due to the onboard measurement system will be affected by outside complex environment,especially the effected by ambient electromagnetic interference will severely reduce the accuracy of themeasuring system. Therefore, this paper put forward some effective filter compensation method after getthe corresponding test information and simulation of the experimental data. Finally verify the reliability ofthe relevant methods.
