Tower crane, which is the dominant machinery for construction, is mainlyused in lifting and transporting cargo in the construction site, it’s also widelyused in the hydroelectric project, chemical engineering, atomic energy field,freight yard and port. Due to the frequent work and complicated constructionenvironment, However,the failure rate of tower crane is very high in the mostcases. As a special machinery for high altitude operation, it will bring greatharm to people’s life and property once accidents happened. Studies shows thatthere are two main causes of tower crane accidents:1, In the initial design stage,defective design methods of tower crane, which cannot satisfy the actualworking condition, lead to structural component problems and security risks.2,Lacking of comprehensive and standardized security monitoring system lead toineffective supervision. The key components of tower crane fault which can notbe detected in time and illegal operations will result in accidents directly.For a long time, the traditional design of tower crane is always from thetwo-dimensional motion angle on the stress analysis of tower crane, however thetower crane often moves complexly at the construction site. According to thereal condition of tower crane, this paper innovatively uses space vectordynamical theory for dynamic analysis of the omposite motion state of towercrane, deduces the calculation method of sling load in the composite state,analyzes the three-dimensional compound work condition with VC++andANSYS, and puts forward a set of effective theory of tower crane dynamicsdesign.According to the current status of tower crane’s safety monitoring, thispaper puts forward a wireless remote monitoring and control system based onInternet of things and Internet. With the Internet of Things and wireless networkmonitoring technology, we can effectively achieve the national tower craneworking status monitoring, detecting and hierarchical management system inthe multiple sensors, multi-crane, multi-region, which providing a good technical support for real-time condition monitoring and management of towercrane, and effectively reducing the incidence of tower crane accidents.
