Induction motor is a multi-variable, strong coupling, uncertain, complexnonlinear controlled system. The traditional PID/PI control has poor robustnessand weak adaptability, and the control parameters often require repeating trialand error at the different scenes of the projects. Predictive control hasadvantages of simple algorithm, low requirements for process model and goodrobustness, so it was used in induction motor speed control system, and finisheddebugging the experiment on DSP TMS320LF2407motion control platform.Firstly, the significance of research and the development situation at homeand abroad for the Induction motor speed regulating system was analyzed. Theoverall hardware structure and software design platform for induction motorspeed control system was introduced. A mathematical model of speed loopvector control system for induction motor was established.Secondly, the predictive functional control was used in the design of theinduction motor speed loop controller, and on the control experiment platformbased on DSP TMS320LF2407, this method was realized to debug, and theexperiment results show that the predictive functional control has good controlperformance.Thirdly, through mathematical theory derivation proved that the twoadjustable parameters of the predictive functional control affect only a constantcalculation of predictive functional controller, which closely related to thedynamic and static performance of control system, so the single neuron adaptivecontrol was introduced to optimize real-time parameter online. Simulations andexperiments prove that the effectiveness of this method is well. Finally, by combination of the internal model control and self-tuning greyprediction, a method of self-adjustable grey prediction in conjunction withinternal model controller was proposed. Self-tuning grey prediction can forecastreal-time speed error online, and the internal model can control output variablesbased on the output of the next moment response error. Simulation results show that the induction motor speed control system using this control method areimproved obviously in rapidness, anti-interference ability and robustness, andthat dynamic and static performance of the system are superior to the traditionalsingle internal model control.
