Air conditioner noise problem get more and more people" attention. The goal of this article is to put forward improvement measure through the simulation of air conditioning aerodynamic noise and the vibration characteristic analysis, to reducing air-conditioners noise and reduce the effect of the compressor piping vibration. Flow field simulation of air conditioning and vibration characteristic research have been done from the following aspects:1)Numerical analysis of air conditioning outdoor unit. Using CFD software to simulate the temperature field, flow field and acoustic field of air conditioning duct system, the heat exchanger structure and enclosure structure influence on the flow field and outdoor sound field are studied. A kind of reducing the noise and improving the flow of air conditioning outdoor unit is put forward, a kind of new material to reduce the noise is adopted.2)The experimental research of air conditioning outdoor unit noise. The noise problem is studied from outdoor cabinet with traditional material, using the weather resistance PP material and spraying sound insulation materials on the inner wall of the casing. The three aspects indicates that:the test noise is49-52.8dB,the numerical simulation noise is42-55dB, In the range of allowable error test results and numerical simulation results are consistent; The noise of outdoor reduces1~3dB.after using the weather resistance PP material indicating the weather resistance PP material can reduce noise; Spraying sound insulation materials on the inner wall of the casing,, the noise reduces2~3dB.3) Modal analysis and harmonious response analysis of air conditioning outdoor unit. ANSYS software is carried out for piping system modal analysis, the vibration of the pipe is optimized and the seventh order modal frequency amplitude of the optimized exhaust pipe decreases to reduce the effect of vibration; Harmonic response analysis of piping stress is conducted on the basis of modal analysis, the stress is less than13mpa and acceleration is less than0.3m/s2, so the piping design meet the requirements.4) Parametric design of household air conditioning heat exchanger slotted fin. Using CFD software to simulate temperature field and flow field of the evaporator, the effect of the heat exchanger structure on heat transfer charateristics is studied and the influence of different forms of slotted heat-exchange is analysied. Finally it indicates that the best form of slotted fin is horizontal slit form by parameterized calculation and the best fin spacing is2.5mm, fin thickness is0.5mm, slotted length is13.8mm and slotted length is1.3mm.
