Vibration is an important factor affecting the safe operation of the rotating machinery, and the rotor imbalance is the main exciting force of rotating machinery vibration,so rotor imbalance is one of the main reason causing a variety of malfunction of rotating machinery. With the continuous development of industrial production technology and science and technology,the working speed of all kinds of rotor is becoming more and more high,so rotor dynamic balancing technology has aroused great concern and attention.This article describes the research status and lack of field dynamic balancing technology,also the virtual instrument is introduced in detail and LabVIEW is it’s platform of software development,moreover it discusses the principles and methods of field dynamic balancing in detail.In this paper, field dynamic balancing is based on influence coefficient method,and the influence coefficient method describes two kinds of methods solving equilibrium equations under different circumstances:Gaussian elimination method and the least square method.In this paper, it is based on the principle of cross-correlation to do the analysis and processing for the vibration signal,and it uses this method to extract vibration amplitude and phase of unbalance.This paper describes the hardware configuration of the system in detail,and it analyzes the characteristics,functions and model selection of the sensor and the data acquisition card.And for these module such as setting module, data acquisition, time domain analysis, balance calculation, balancing results and data preservation,it dose some software design and programming.In this paper, it developes the field dynamic balance test system based on LabVIEW,and it combines the virtual instrument technology, the digital signal processing technology and the field dynamic balancing technology,so it realizes the integration of testing, analysis and field dynamic balancing.Besides,this system reduces manual intervention,enhanced the automation of test and analysis, also, it improve the accuracy of the test.it also achieves the measurement of vibration amplitude and phase and it calculates the required weight.Moreover,it designs a good man-machine interface to display the vibration amplitude and phase before and after the balance,and it achieves data analysis and processing an online,also it achieves conservation and management of test files.
