Objective:1. Using colorimeter and electronic nose technology to create wild and cultivated Fangfeng samples digitized color and odor, objective analysis.2. Analysis odor and color quality of Fangfeng correlation.Research:1. Sample collectionCollect samples of47batches Fangfeng, wild Fangfeng which samples17batches,30batches cultivation Fangfeng samples. Wild Fangfeng mainly from Taikang Heilongjiang, Daqing and Inner Mongolia Hailar, Tongliao, Manchuria and other places. Cultivated Fangfeng mainly from Hebeianguo, Inner Mongolia and Heilongjiang some areas.2. Character identificationAccording to the2010edition of "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" experiments on Fangfeng samples collected were identified, determine the sample collection is the dried root Umbelliferae Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Fangfeng in the volatile oil from different sources contain Panaxynol,4-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanone, octanal,(S)-1-methyl-4-(5-methyl-1-methylene-4-hexenyl)cyclohexene,(R)-1-methy1-4-(1,2,2-trimethyl-cyclopentene) toluene,[9,12]-ten eight carbon diene methyl six compounds, but different sources and origin of the Fangfeng volatile oil components are different.7. Colorimeter color samples for determination of Fangfeng and AnalysisColorimeter using35batches of the collected samples Fangfeng, where wild specimen13batches,22batches cultivated sample color measurement, using SPSS software to color values L*, a*, b*, E*ab value of the variable, cluster analysis on Fangfeng samples. Cross area of Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia Fangfeng amples samples, may be due to some samples on location in Inner Mongolia Fangfeng and Fangfeng in Heilongjiang short distance, so the failure to distinguish between the two Fangfeng samples.Establish SIMCA model validation samples are Fangfeng and cultivated wild Fangfeng samples specified target group agreed. All herbs Fangfeng identify an acceptable standard within the region, for the most part in the cultivation of Fangfeng samples to identify acceptable within the region, cultivated Fangfeng sample is not recognized as FFB-3(Inner Mongolia), FFB-11(Hebeianguo), FFB-15(Heilongjiang), these samples were from different origin, not by identifying wild Fangfeng samples, indicating that the model samples cultivated and wild Fangfeng storm created by the existence of differences.Innovations:1. For the first time using a colorimeter on the organizational structure of wild and cultivated Fangfeng outer layer of color formation was measured to establish wild and cultivated products total value of E*ab color range.2. For the first time using electronic nose technology to build wind DFA models with different growth patterns of the sample, the models distinguish wild and cultivated Fangfeng samples.3. Analysis samples of wild and cultivated Fangfeng "color","gas" with the active ingredient correlation.
