| The pine wilt disease caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus, also known as the pine wood nematode, is the most devastating disease of pine trees. The distribution area of pine wilt disease throughout dozens of countries in North America, Asia, Africa, Europe, causing serious economic losses and major ecological disaster, has been gradually concerned by people. From the pickled mustard and deterioration of bamboo shoots, we isolated two strains of the pine wood nematode strains of bacteria, numbered LZ-01and JS-02. By morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics and16S rDNA sequence analysis, the strain LZ-01was identified as Bacillus cereus LZ-01, the strain JS-02by16S rDNA sequence analysis was identified as Janthinobacterium sp. JS-02. The use of two strains of the pine wood nematode culture filtrate killing activity was detected, the results showed that:when dealing with10h pine wood nematode corrected mortality rate of up to100%.The pigment produced by the strain JS-02was analysed by silica column chromatography and1H-NMR, the results showed that:the pigment produced by JS-02is violacein. This research laid the foundation for the pine wood nematode biological control, while providing a reference for further study of pigment. |
