In order to clarify the Different Sugar Beet Genotypes nitrogen productionefficiency and its physiological characteristics,firstly, in a artificial controllablebiological training room, a pot experiment was conducted to test dry matter productionefficiency of50sugar beet cultivars at two N application levels. The differences of Nstatus indexes between high-nitrogen-efficiency-genotype and low-nitrogen-efficiency-genotype were analyzed, then through the field tests, evaluation and classification ofnitrogen efficientand inefficient cultivar. Screening results using beet nitrogenefficiency, the Zhou Mini potted soil culture and liquid culture method, fromthe organbiomass, rhizosphere nutrient absorption characteristics, morphologicalcharacteristics, physiological metabolism were studied. The results showed that:1.The results were showed that there was significant difference of dry matterproduction efficiency between different sugar beet genotypes. At both N applicationlevels, high-nitrogen-efficiency-genotype had significantly greater total in differentparts of plant than low-nitrogen-efficiency-genotype. Get the high nitrogenefficiency and the low nitrogen efficiency three varieties of each one. Throughfield test, results are consistent with the experimental results.2. Different nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet varieties on the morphologicalcharacteristics, there are different degrees of difference. Nitrogen efficiency andinefficiency of aboveground fresh weight, leaf fresh weight, petioles fresh weight didnot reach significant difference levels, but the underground part fresh weight, entireplant root fresh weight difference reached significant level.3. Nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet varieties relatively small leaf width,blade wider; N inefficient genotype sugar beet varieties leaf width is bigger, blade narrower. Nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet varieties of blade and petiole lonthan bigger, blade is long; N inefficient genotype sugar beet varieties of blade andpetiole long than smaller, Ye Bing is longer than the other. This can be as an aid in theevaluation index of nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet one.4. Different nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet root length by the correlationanalysis to get the difference did not reach significant level, so long as beet nitrogenefficiency evaluation index of height or not.5. Nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet varieties in soil ammonium nitrogenuptake than nitrogen efficient varieties, change with the increase of soil depth.6.Nitrate nitrogen absorption rate were higher than in nitrogen efficient varieties,when the maximum absorption rate, efficiency of nitrogen nitrate nitrogen absorptionrate is greater than the inefficient type.7. Nitrogen efficiency genotype sugar beet varieties of nitrate reductase activityand glutamine synthetase activity higher.
