| Research on dynamics of Collembola under simulated nitrogen deposition wasdone in Nanwenghe in Daxinganling Mountains from spring to autumn in2013.Community characteristics of group number, relative abundance, diversity index werethe indicators of northern forest soil Collembola under nitrogen deposition. The resultsare as follow:The diversity index of soil Collembola was different from that of control site. Itshows that one-factor nitrogen increase has impact on distribution.There are7families in this research, and the dominant group is Isotomidae, whichis the highest in CK, but decreases in number in low one. With the increase of nitrogen,it increased gradually. The common group, Neanuridae increases with the nitrogendeposition.Under different deposition level, the number of soil Collembola is highest in CK,then in TM and in TH. In spring and autumn, the number is lower, and almost0inautumn. In summer, the number decreased slightly. In TL, the number is slightly higherthan that in TH. It shows that different nitrogen level has impact on soil Collembolabiodiversity.In different nitrogen deposition, soil Collembola turn to appear on the soil surface,mostly in litter layer and0-5cm layer. It shows that soil Collembola tend to stay onsurface. With the nitrogen level increases,the number of Collembola in litter layer and0-5cm is increase.In summer, soil Collembola are highest, then in spring and much lower in autumn,which maybe the impact of temperature and rain. |
