In this paper, Helen Agricultural Experiment Station soil spatial ecological shift asa platform for long-term experiment, choose a different black soil organic mattercontentof farmland in Heilongjiang North Ann (SOM11), Heilongjiang Nenjiang (SOM6),Heilongjiang Helen (SOM5), Jilin Dehui (SOM3) and Jilin pear (SOM1.7) for the study,changes in microbial diversity of the variation from the number of microorganisms,microbial carbon utilization characteristics and soil enzyme activity at different latitudesFarmland Black Soil in Northeast hydrothermal conditions. From a biological point ofview of environmental water, changing the thermal variation of different factors onfarmland black soil microbial diversity has been studied, the results showed that:After a hydrothermal conditions change, the number of various types of microbialflora undergone significant changes, increased farmland black soil microbial bacteria,actinomycetes organic matter content increases, the number of fungi decreased withincreasing organic matter content. Nitrifying bacteria, cellulolytic bacteria increasedwith soil microflora physiological loom content increases, the peak appears corngrowing season of the big bell.Black farmland mainly microbiological and biochemical indicators of microbialbiomass carbon, basal respiration, microbial quotient, polyphenol oxidase, invertase,protease, cellulase activity with increasing soil temperature increases, five kinds of soilto SOM11, soil changes SOM6the most obvious. Biologanalysis, black soil microbialcommunity in general activity (AWCD) value diversity index (H), richness index (S)and evenness (E) changes, organic matter content increases with increasing order of:SOM1.7<SOM3<SOM5<SOM6<SOM11. Farmland Black Soil carbon is susceptiblemicroorganisms: α-keto acid Ding,putrescine, D, L-α-glycerol. Fertilizer can be appliedto improve the overall activity of microbial communities in carbon metabolism. PLFAanalysis showed that specific microbial fatty acids indicated (Gram-positive bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria, bacteria, fungi) are changed to increase the temperature of thewater so that the different organic matter content farmland black soil microbialfunctions and structure of genetic diversity index increased significantly, comprehensive Biolog, DGGE, PLFA data analysis, the impact of hydrothermal factors on SOM11,SOM6microbial community structure significantly.
